Client Services/Operations Coordinator

As our thriving and dynamic company enters the next phase of development and implementation, ECO2 is seeking a unique individual to join our firm as a Client Services/Operations Coordinator. This is a ground floor opportunity to help design and implement both marketing and general office polices and programs. For the right individual this newly created position has the potential to evolve into a key leadership role with the firm. We are looking for that special candidate who is dedicated, highly organized, creative and able to keep pace with the ever changing demands of a fast track company. The successful candidate will possess a combination of requisite skill sets and the ability to work in a small company atmosphere which requires a self discipline and motivation to provide support to a firm in a highly technical niche market. We are looking for that person who both recognizes and is stimulated by the challenges and rewards inherent in an innovative young company such as ours.

The main responsibilities of the Client Services/Operations Coordinator will be to successfully coordinate all the internal and external marketing, contract administration and general operations support activities of the firm. The coordinator will be a key ambassador for the firm, requiring significant client/prospect contact, professional expertise, creative input, problem solving, and relationship management skills. Depending on skill set, coordinator may represent firm at trade shows and industry events. This position will report to the President.

Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines which provide the requisite skill set.
  • Candidate should have 2 years of experience in a business setting and possess demonstrable skills in project management, excellent client management and leadership skills; proven success organizing and managing a variety of tasks and a commitment to quality client service. This individual has direct and unsupervised contact with our largest clients and must be able to represent ECO2 and its mission at the utmost level of professionalism.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Skill in managing multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to quickly learn and represent new products and applications.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability of proactive thinking and planning.
  • Excellent decision-making, trouble shooting, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Skill in establishing & maintaining effective working relationships with all team members.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail, exhibit keen follow through skills.

Design Engineer  

As our thriving and dynamic company enters the next phase of development and implementation, ECO2 is seeking a unique individual to join our firm as a Design Engineer. This newly created position will play an integral role on our team and will be responsible for system engineering design, fieldwork and project fulfillment. This position will report to the Chief Design Engineer. The successful candidate will possess a combination of requisite skill sets and the ability to work in a small company atmosphere which requires a self discipline and motivation to perform an array of services in a highly technical niche market. Ownership possibilities exist in this position. We are looking for that person who both recognizes and is stimulated by the challenges and rewards inherent in an innovative young company such as ours.

Extensive on the job training to be provided.

Requirements:

  • BS in General, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. Waste Water professionals or Tech degrees will be considered given the proper experience. Candidate must have the technical proficiency in system design /integration, installation coordination, data collection and interpretation and other related areas and understand the unique characteristics of working with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
  • Candidate should have 2- 5 years of experience in project management; demonstrable skills in project management, excellent client management and leadership skills; proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget; superior technical, communication, and presentation skills; and commitment to client service. This individual has professional control over the direct product deliverable to the client, requiring significant client contact, professional expertise, creative design input, problem solving, and relationship management skills. Candidate will represent firm at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel as required, approximately 25-35% of time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Skill in managing multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to quickly learn and represent new products and applications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the complete systems design process, from proposal generation to installation and maintenance.
  • Effective decision-making, trouble shooting, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
